Good shop, they were able to fix up my s63 on short notice. They provide a good web interface for approving repairs and provide pictures of the parts needing repair which I appreciate. The hourly rate is fairly high, but they do good work and there aren’t many shops in the area I can bring my car to so it’s nice to have them around. Thanks for the quick work!

I was on family vacation when the check engine light appeared on the car’s dashboard. I called Sport Motoring based on the reviews and spoke with David. They were absolutely slammed but David still found a way to diagnose the problem right away and worked me into the schedule for repair. It was a very positive experience all around. One pro tip for next time: make sure you have a ride back if they need to keep your car. Getting a cab or an uber from the shop was difficult.

I can’t say enough about this place. The customer service is second to none. Usually , you go into an auto shop , and nobody cares. Also, honesty. They told me what I needed, and printed out a diagnostic sheet, of minor issues I could take care of later. They even saved me money by switching to a tire I had never used. Cody, was unreal. Constant updates, letting me know what was going on, and it seemed like I was dealing with a friend . The switch to regular tires from run flats made me skeptical, but it is night and day. Car rides 1000% better. If you want top quality product and service this is your place. Ask for Cody. Best customer service in an auto shop I have had in my life. Even better than bmw dealership where I bought my car.
